Our coffee expert is constantly on the lookout for exotic, excellent and superior pure arabica coffee beans! As freshness is our highest priority, our cuppuccinos are made from double espressso (14 grams - double the amount used by ordinary coffee-shops) portion of freshly-ground beans ensuring that our customers enjoy the freshest, finest coffee available at the proper concentrations (i.e. one third coffee, two thirds milk and frothed milk).
