We at the Sprouts kitchen produce delicious, dehydrated savoury and sweet snacks. These delicious “Bites”, “Munchies” and “Nibbles” are made with raw, organic fruit, vegetables, herbs, spices — and passion! All the seeds, beans and nuts are sprouted to optimize their life force. These ingredients are creatively combined and then dehydrated at 40.5°C to preserve their enzymes and full nutritional value.

We produce all the foods from our kitchen at home. All the snacks are hand made with passion and integrity, always keeping in mind the role we are playing in supplying people with food which can enhance their life force. We strive to produce food of the highest quality, and use organic ingredients wherever possible.
