Southerns Beekeepers Association is a voluntary group of both hobbyist and professional beekeepers. It is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the beekeeping sector which is a fundamental element in the sustainability of a sound agricultural sector. Members of the association attend meetings weekly, go on field trips and host seminars on apiculture. The association offers beekeeping courses for beginners, bee removal and pollination services, and supplies beekeeping equipment and honey.
