The Eat In South African Produce Awards were created by the annual food directory and magazine, Eat In, to recognise independent producers and retailers whose integrity, care for the environment, passion and innovation are putting South Africa on the international food map.

The awards honour winners across 16 delicious categories, including Best New Product, Innovation Award, South African Heritage Award, and Best Organic Producer. There are awards for bakeries, cheese, fresh produce, grocery and condiments, and paddock, as well as for Outstanding Outlets and Best Markets.
